Do you really charge zero brokerage?
Yes. The owner pays us a referral fee after you move in. You pay only rent and deposit, directly to the owner, and nothing at all to us.
Can we book before arriving in Dehradun?
Yes, most families do. We do a live, unedited video walkthrough of the room, and many bookings are confirmed before the train leaves.
How do the salon vouchers work?
Book a hostel through us and we register you. A ₹500 Affinity Express voucher reaches you on WhatsApp at the start of each month, for twelve months.
How does the 20% electricity benefit work?
Book a flat or PG through us and we reimburse 20% of your monthly electricity bill for as long as you stay. Send us the bill, we send the money.
What if something goes wrong after I move in?
Message us. We take it up with the owner: geyser, Wi-Fi, food quality, deposit disputes. It's the part of the job most brokers disappear from.
